Tsitsikamma Microbrewery

Established in 2014, Tsitsikamma Microbrewery brews its beers according to the 1487 German Reinheitsgebot (Purity Law)—using only barley, hops, and pure water sourced directly from an on-site well, filtered naturally through the surrounding forest and fynbos. It offers visitors an authentic "grain-to-glass" craft beer experience right in the heart of the Garden Route.

The Taproom & Tasting Experience

The cozy taproom features a wood-burning fireplace and large glass display windows that let guests observe the brewing equipment and process firsthand. Visitors can enjoy flight tasting boards to sample the lineup of signature ales or relax indoors and in the courtyard with a full pint after a day of hiking or adventure sports.
