Jordan Wine Estate, situated on Stellenbosch Kloof Road, is a family-owned estate celebrated for marrying world-class winemaking with boutique hospitality and culinary excellence.

Heritage & Estate:

The land has a legacy spanning over 300 years, and was acquired by the Jordan family in 1982. The estate now covers about 164 hectares, planted with vineyards on slopes facing multiple directions and altitudes between 160 and 410 meters, enabling diverse microclimates. Their philosophy, “Unique by Nature’s Design,” reflects their careful matching of grape varieties to site conditions.

Wine, Tastings & Tours:

The estate offers guided tastings under majestic trees overlooking a lake or from the terrace with mountain views. Their wine ranges include estate whites and reds, Bordeaux-style blends, and a special Timepiece Collection drawn from old single-vineyard parcels. Tasting experiences help visitors appreciate the estate’s terroir and winemaking decisions.

Culinary & Accommodation:

Jordan includes luxury suites tucked close to the winery and restaurant, offering panoramic vineyard and mountain views and making an estate stay seamless. The on-site restaurant (The Jordan Restaurant) features farm-to-table cuisine with seasonal and local ingredients, under the direction of a celebrated chef.

Visitor Experience & Access:

Jordan is part of the Cape Floral Region, a protected ecological area, and the estate integrates landscape conservation into its operations. They also offer unique vineyard and cellar tours, including open safari-style Land Rover journeys through the vineyards. To reach Jordan, one follows Stellenbosch Kloof Road about 6 km from the BP station.
